Where it stands

Prototype / reservations

Alef aims to combine ordinary road dimensions with vertical takeoff. The intended Model A uses a rotating cabin so occupants can remain upright as the surrounding body changes orientation in flight.

The company accepts reservations. December 2025 production reporting concerned the Model A Ultralight, intended for a small group conducting controlled real-world testing. That announcement should not be read as proof of unrestricted consumer deliveries.

Alef now describes an initial specially constructed vehicle route for road use. Advertised driving and flying ranges remain manufacturer targets, and permissions depend on the actual vehicle and jurisdiction.
