Where it stands
Passenger certification development
Prosperity uses separate vertical-lift and forward-flight functions to combine runway-free departures with wing-supported cruise. The current V2000EM product page specifies a six-seat configuration, replacing the five-seat description often repeated from earlier prototypes.
AutoFlight has made substantial progress with its cargo platform and has announced passenger-market partnerships. The July 2026 SF Group release still described Prosperity as being in the final phase of airworthiness certification. That is a development status, not confirmation of a passenger type certificate.
Our assessment: the program is most interesting where a direct regional connection could avoid a substantial ground or water detour. Its value should be judged using the final approved aircraft and a specific route. Performance achieved by a prototype or a cargo sibling should not be assumed to be the certified passenger-service specification.
Availability
Commercial partnerships and proposed orders; passenger service and certified passenger deliveries not verified.
Certification & operating context
Passenger V2000EM in airworthiness certification. The separate V2000CG CarryAll cargo aircraft’s approvals do not certify Prosperity.
What to watch next
Passenger type certification, approved performance and conversion of proposed orders into deliveries.
