Where it stands

Engineering model / prototype development

Doroni unveiled a full-size H1-X engineering model in March 2026. The aircraft is intended for personal ownership, using separate lift and forward-thrust systems; it is not a street-driving automobile.

Its current website targets 2028 deliveries. In September 2026 Doroni announced an engineering partnership with TLG Aerospace to support structural, aerodynamic and flight-mechanics analysis.

The range, speed and charging figures are targets for a developing product. Earlier H1 prototype flights should not be presented as evidence that the final H1-X has already completed certification or customer delivery.

Availability

Preorders; company targets initial deliveries in 2028

Certification & operating context

H1-X certification pending; earlier H1 prototype testing approval is separate

What to watch next

Flight-ready H1-X prototype, measured performance and completion of its applicable approval process.
