ARIDGE, formerly XPENG AEROHT, announced Middle Eastern agreements covering 600 Land Aircraft Carriers after a public crewed demonstration in Dubai in October 2025. The company’s release put global preorders above 7,000 and identified the region as an intended early international market. These were company-reported agreements and plans, not completed deliveries.
The rebrand also clarifies how the business wants to be understood. The Land Aircraft Carrier combines a road vehicle with a separate flying module, so its appeal spans personal transport, recreational flying and aviation services. It does not turn an ordinary road lane into an approved runway or landing site.
We read this international interest as the start of another substantial task for the seller. Beyond building the aircraft, a seller needs local support, training, maintenance access and a workable operating environment. An impressive regional order announcement can help organize those efforts, but it cannot remove the need for them.
The relevant follow-up is evidence that agreements have become supported aircraft in customers’ hands. Buyers should be able to identify the delivered configuration, the applicable approvals and the terms of service support. Until those details are available, order totals are best treated as a measure of announced demand. They are promising commercial signals, but they are different from a verified fleet in everyday use.
